Customice Asia was founded in Bangkok in 2017, bringing together a leadership team with over 30 years of combined experience in destination management across Thailand and Southeast Asia. Italian-managed and deeply locally rooted, we bring European standards of precision and communication to every program we deliver.
We came through Covid as a stronger and more diversified company — adding medical convention management to our services, while keeping the personal commitment that has defined us since day one.
We are deliberately boutique. When you work with us, you work directly with experienced principals. And when your group lands in Thailand, one of our founders will be there in person.
